Alexandra Tsamis
Alexandra is a spiritual educator and visionary rooted in the rhythms of the earth and the sacred unfolding of childhood. Her work bridges ancestral wisdom with modern pedagogy, creating learning environments where children are not shaped, but witnessed, held and gently guided back to themselves.
Her training includes Early Childhood Development, Postgraduate Specialization in Special Needs, Spiritual Psychotherapy, Astrology Herbalism, Children’s Reiki and Sound Medicine. She is a certified Earth Medicine Woman devoted to the truth that we are all connected, from soil to soul, seed to child.
Her origin story begins in the mountains of Greece, where summers were spent harvesting wild herbs, preparing food from the land and living in deep connection with nature through family traditions. At the center of it all was the olive tree, a symbol of peace, nourishment, and sacred continuity. In her lineage, the olive was not only food but medicine woven into every part of life…from what was cooked and shared, to what was pressed and applied as outer oleation to soothe, protect and bless the body.
This reverence for the earth and for food as ritual and relationship, became the thread that shaped Alexandra’s path. As the founder of two Montessori schools in the Greater Toronto Area, she has spent over 20 years creating emotionally safe, holistically integrated spaces for children and educators.
In every space she holds, the kitchen remains the heart. She believes that proper nourishment of the body, spirit and senses is foundational to a child’s ability to regulate, relate and thrive.
Her life’s work is a prayer of continuity: a return to rhythm, reverence and rootedness.
“When we honor the patterns of the earth, we remember the patterns within ourselves.”
Taryn Black
Taryn is an Ayurvedic Health Coach, Chef, Writer & Sensory Food Educator who weaves nourishment into every layer of life.
She believes food is not just fuel, but language, rhythm, medicine and love. Her work is rooted in the understanding that everything we take in through our senses, emotions and meals shapes how we feel, think and live.
Her path to this work began in disconnection. For years, Taryn moved through the world feeling unseen, anxious and out of rhythm with herself. The journey through illness, depletion and self-doubt led her toward healing, not just of the body but of the spirit. Food became her anchor. Cooking became her prayer. Ayurveda gave her a framework to listen, digest and transform.
Now, after years of culinary training, lived experience, and deep study in Ayurvedic healing and emotional nourishment, Taryn helps others reawaken to their own inner rhythm. Her approach is sensory, seasonal, and intuitive—blending food, ritual and everyday beauty to support true healing and self-trust.
She has cooked and studied in Toronto, Melbourne and New York City. Her offerings invite you to come home to your body, restore right relationship with the earth and rediscover the pleasure of nourishing yourself.
“Let’s reframe food choices as acts of love and life itself as a practice of harmony.”
