When you are nourished, children thrive
This September, we begin with the roots. Before launching our children’s program, we gather parents, caregivers, and educators for open house days and workshops.
These circles nourish you, the first soil of belonging.
What to Expect:
- Guided workshops exploring food as story and healing.
- Practices to reconnect with your inner child.
- Seasonal wisdom: grounding, roots and rhythm in fall.
- Shared meals & embodied rituals that restore safety and ease.
- These gatherings remind us that meals, rituals and daily tending are not background tasks, they are the curriculum of life.
- When you feel nourished, children learn nourishment.
Bring your story, your roots, your hands.
Together we remember what food has always known: we belong to each other.
Join us this September—come sit at the table.

October 7- 30— How Nature Becomes Our Classroom
Children are introduced to the elements and invited into symbiotic relationships with the environment and each other.
Through play, food, and observation, they learn that the earth provides everything they need—safety, rhythm, and nourishment—and that their choices ripple outward in relationship to all of life.
November 4- 27 — Cycles of Life, Botany & Plant Preparation
As plants prepare for rest, children discover the cycles of growth, harvest, decay, and renewal.
Through botany, cooking and simple plant medicine, they learn that endings feed beginnings and that caring for seeds, roots and soil is also caring for the future.
December 2- 18 — Ceremony, Ritual, Light & Celebration
Winter draws us inward, a time for gathering, gratitude and light in the darkness.
Children experience the joy of shared meals, rituals and seasonal storytelling. They learn that celebration is how we honor life’s cycles and that honoring cycles together keeps community alive and strong. Even in the darkest time of year, we can kindle light together.
What Children Receive:
- Learning that is rooted, relational and alive
- Sensory and embodied food relationship
- Gentle seasonal rhythms to support digestion, focus & emotional regulation
- Garden and kitchen rituals that cultivate gratitude, trust and creativity
- Botany and earth-based exploration that spark belonging
Our Daily Table
- Nourishing meals & wholesome snacks from local farms
- Children prepare food, set the table, and share meals together. These rituals anchor them in reverence and joy.
Enroll in our October children’s program.
Give your child a rhythm of nourishment, of body, heart, mind, and spirit that ripples into your whole home.
